Throughout the past year Hole in the Wall Curtains (Walsall) have been lucky enough to play a part in an extensive refurbishment programme that has taken place at Rodbaston Hall, in Penkridge, Staffordshire.
Following initial contact from South Staffordshire College, the owners of Rodbaston Hall, The Hole in the Wall Team set about designing, custom making and eventually fitting a selection of curtains, pelmets, voiles and blinds to the venue’s functions rooms, boardroom along with the Principal’s office.
If you are unfamiliar with the Hall, here is a little bit of history…
“Rodbaston Hall is a beautiful 19th century building set in the heart of a magnificent 180 hectare country estate. The Hall dates back to the early 1800s where it was the grand centrepiece of a family estate built by William Holland Esquire. Surrounding the Hall itself is a mixture of carefully tended woodland, gardens, fields and ponds, all making a truly stunning backdrop.
Rodbaston Hall’s recent refurbishment has created a suite of banqueting rooms on the ground floor of the building overlooking the extensive landscaped gardens, making this a beautiful venue, and an ideal location for conferences and weddings.”
Rodbaston Hall has become especially popular for weddings with demand so high that they are now offering Sunday wedding dates. To see a selection of photographs that were taken during our time at Rodbaston Hall, please visit our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/holeinthewallcurtains.
